Mediclaim Insurance
- The Mediclaim insurance covers employees for Medical expenses incurred by employees and their family for hospitalization. (Family definition: Spouse and two children)
- Employees who are not covered under Mediclaim Insurance would be covered under ESI (Employee State Insurance)
- Cashless Plan provided for Pre and post hospitalization, Maternity benefits covered, New born baby coverage at day 1, Pre-existing diseases covered.
Personal Accident Insurance
- This coverage is provided to all employees from their date of joining. Besides providing for death and disablement benefits this policy also covers certain medical expenses incurred when an employee meets with an accident, both for domiciliary and hospitalization.
Transport Facility
- We provide Transport facilities (i.e. pick up and drop off) to all the employees of Yell Adworks irrespective of their shift, covering almost all parts of the city.
- One vehicle will be available during working hours to provide transport facility in case of any emergencies.
Gratuity
- All the employees irrespective of status or salary are entitled to the payment of gratuity on completion of 3 years continuous service as against tenure of 5 years as per the payment of Gratuity Act, 1972.
