Benefits
We take pride in offering a comprehensive and competitive benefits package to our employees that allows choice and flexibility. We provide medical, short and long-term disability and life insurance coverage to the employee at no cost, as well as dental and vision at low cost. Each employee has the ability to choose additional benefits for themselves and their dependents (domestic partners included as post-tax deductions) with the cost paid through pre-tax payroll deductions. Eligibility for these benefits takes place the first of the month following the employees’ date of hire. Below outlines the current benefits provided by Yell Adworks.
- In addition to on-the-job training, employees may want to take courses outside the workplace. We provide a Tuition Assistance Program for eligible employees that reimburses up to $1,500 each year in tuition assistance benefits.
- We want employees to have an opportunity to take time off for personal reasons or to just relax. We provide paid time off (PTO) to employees for vacation, family illness, or personal time. PTO starts accruing with an employee’s first paycheck, and may accrue up to 20 days within the first year. Employees also have 10 paid holidays each year. That’s 30 days of paid leave every year!
- Employee Referral Bonus provides an incentive of up to $500 if an employee successfully refers someone for a job with us.
- We want to help employees to save and invest for their retirement. Employees may defer up to 85% of their income into the 401(k) plan, with investment choices through Morgan Stanley. We provide a 50% match on the first 6% contributed by the employee, subject to our vesting schedule. Employees are 100% vested in their 401(k) after three (3) years of employment.
Medical Benefits
- Our medical options through Independence Blue Cross are designed to provide employees and their family with access to high quality health care. Three (3) plan options are available: PPO Plan C4-F3-O1; PPO Plan C2-F3-O1; and PPO Plan C1-F1-O1. All of the medical options cover a broad range of healthcare services and supplies including prescriptions, office visits and hospitalization.
-
Employees who choose to waive medical coverage will receive $30 per pay period (equal to $780 per year). In order to receive this credit, employees must submit proof of alternative coverage to the Human Resources Department.
Dental Benefits
-
Good dental health is important to employees overall well-being. At the same time, we all need different levels of dental treatment. The Delta Dental PPO/POS Plan provides coverage based on the type of services obtained: preventative, basic, or major, and whether or not the services are obtained from a network or non-network provider.
-
Under this plan, employees may obtain covered services from any dentist. If an out-of-network provider is used, reimbursement is based on Delta Dentals fee schedule (DD Fees). Employees who use dentists or dental specialists that are part of Delta Dentals Provider Networks (Participating Dental Provider) will see reduced or eliminated out-of-pocket expenses.
-
Employees who choose to waive dental coverage will receive $10 per pay period (equal to $260 per year). In order to receive this credit, employees must submit proof of alternative coverage to the Human Resources Department.
Vision Benefits
-
We provide a vision PPO plan through VSP that entitles participants to receive an examination by a network provider every plan year. The Plan also provides coverage for lenses every plan year and frames every other plan year. Contacts are available in lieu of a complete pair of glasses and frames every plan year.
-
Participants have the option of receiving care from a network or out-of-network provider, however out-of-network provider benefits will be through a reimbursement program based on plan allowances.
Disability
- Disability benefits provide employees with a source of income in the event that they are not able to work due to an accident, illness or injury. We provide short-term and long-term disability benefits to all eligible employees at no cost to the employee.
- Our STD benefit equals 66% of weekly base earnings to a maximum benefit of $1,500 per week. This benefit takes effect on the 1st day of absence due to accident and on the 8th day of absence due to illness. The benefit duration is 13 weeks.
- Our LTD benefit equals 66% of weekly base earnings to a maximum benefit of $10,000 per month. This benefit takes effect when STD coverage ends (after 90 days of continuous disability). The benefit duration while disabled is to Social Security normal retirement age (SSNRA).
Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
- Our regular employees receive Basic Life Insurance in an amount that equals the annual base salary to a maximum of $100,000. Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance pays a benefit that varies with the type of loss or accident. These benefits are paid for by ourselves and are provided by Prudential Life Insurance Company. Employees may elect to purchase additional life insurance coverage up to 5x base salary to a maximum of $500,000.
FSA - Flexible Spending Accounts
- We allow employees to defer a portion of their pay through payroll deduction into Flexible Spending Accounts. The money that goes into an FSA is deducted on a pre-tax basis, which means it is taken from pay before Federal and Social Security taxes are calculated. Because employees don’t pay income taxes on the money that goes into their FSA, their taxable income decreases. Employees can conveniently get instant reimbursement of eligible expenses by using the debit card provided to them.
-
It is important that employees estimate carefully. Federal Law requires participants to forfeit any unused balance. Employees have a 2 and a half months grace period after the plan year ends to continue to incur claims for expenses. All reimbursements must be submitted no later than 15 days after the end of the grace period.
- Medical Flexible Spending Account - Employees may elect up to $3,000 per plan year for Medical FSA to cover them and their dependents. Eligible expenses include, but are not limited to; deductibles, co-payments and coinsurance payments, over-the-counter drug costs, routine physicals, underinsured dental expenses and hearing expenses.
- Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account - Employees may elect up to $5,000 per plan year into their Dependent FSA. Eligible expenses include payments to day care centers, pre-school costs, before and after school care and elderly care.
EAP - Employee Assistance Program
- We understand the importance of balancing work and family issues. Through our Employee Assistance Program, counseling and referral services are available to employees and their eligible dependents through Human Management Services (HMS). Counselors are available to speak confidentially regarding work, health and wellness and emotional well-being issues.
